Clovis Maalouf brings to Laurel Strategies experience in law, business strategy, and international relations. Prior to joining Laurel, Clovis was an attorney at the Washington, D.C. based law firm Kellogg, Huber, Hansen, Todd, Evans & Figel, where he focused his efforts on business litigation and corporate transactions. Clovis has also served as a Public and Government Affairs Advisor for ExxonMobil in Iraq-Kurdistan and as a legal associate for Consolidated Contractors Company (CCC) oil and gas division based out of London. Currently, Clovis serves on the board of directors for the American University of Iraq Foundation, of which he is also the treasurer. Clovis received his law degree (JD) from Marquette University Law School and his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the American University of Beirut. He is bar certified in the states of New York and Wisconsin. He is fluent in English and Arabic.
