Matt Lindgren is an Associate at Laurel Strategies. Matt brings to Laurel a diverse set of experiences in law, business, and international affairs. Prior to Laurel, he worked at the American Cancer Society, U.S. Department of Justice, a major law firm, the Texas Attorney General, and a healthcare technology company. Matt also co-founded and served as COO of Outway, a software technology startup focused on improving outdoor recreation.
Matt earned his J.D. from Emory Law School, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Emory Bankruptcy Developments Journal, the only student-run bankruptcy law journal in the United States. Matt earned his B.A. in International Relations & Global Studies from the University of Texas at Austin, where he graduated Phi Beta Kappa and completed an honors thesis on UAV proliferation. During college, Matt spent a semester at Sciences Po, in Paris, studying international law, security, and strategy. In his free time, Matt enjoys hiking “fourteeners” in Colorado, skiing, and learning about wine.
